Download for latest patch (US Servers) broken?

Has anyone on US servers been able to download and install the newest (6.1.0.2710) ROM patch? I launched ROM this morning to download the patch and it errored out. Then I found the manual download link for it (http://download.frogster.de/patch/en/pa ... 710.en.exe) and thried that. It downloaded the whole file. I opened the location of my download and ran the patch and it got to 50% and then had an error extracting files. Has anyone been able to successfully install this patch on US servers?

You first need to copy the downloaded patch to your Runes of Magic folder. Did you do that?
