Event Timer dissapair

Hi everyone
I botting in tb for eoj but event timer dissapair alotof times and bot dont give quest or accept, so please anyone can help me about it. Just i want a waypoint, it must dont check event timer, must work without event timer. Thany you, and sorry for my bad english :)
