what is a waypoint?

#1 Post by energyplay » Tue Jan 31, 2012 6:16 am

Is there a coordinate or perhaps even a memory address? I come to the question, because I have a waypoint script that runs fine on a computer, but on a different computer to behave a little differently. Even if you can run the bot for a while, it happens at some point, the bot has a slightly different way. Then he gets lost easily and can not extricate themselves.

Best regards

The bot is not very accurate at arriving at waypoints. Differences in the performance of pcs might cause some computers to go past waypoints more than others. Especially when the waypoint type is "NORMAL".

If this is your problem then you are in luck. I am about to commit a change that will greatly improve accuracy, even when mounted. It may even reduce cpu usage. I'm quite exited by it. I should be commiting it tomorrow.

Sorry. Got carried away today fixing extra things Lisa and I thought up. You will have to wait until tomorrow. I'm really exited by all the improvements we've made. There are a lot of user benefitial changes that people will really appreciate. Should be releasing tomorrow, baring any more big fixes we want to add. :)

really nice work rev. 965 is awesome! Is it possible to include a autorecord every second or every half second in createpath.lua? This would make the run smoother.

There is already a current post discusing this and it's not really relevant to this topic.
