GameGuard?

I saw in the post for the bot that this game has something called game guard. I don't see it loading but before I start touching on this I wanted to make sure I wasn't jumping on any land mines. Is the gameguard thing supposed to load as a seperate file or is it embeded in game.exe that is loaded?

I don't see anything else loading.

It is embedded (somewhat) in the game executable. But, I'm pretty sure Shaiya removed it from the game. GameGuard and similar softwares cost the game developers huge amounts of cash in licensing fees and do nothing but irritate the legitimate players. So, they did the only sensible thing and avoided those fees and satisfied the playerbase at the same time.
