is there a list of places so i can set my gut up without being arrgoed? around lvl 13-15

For awhile, you'll be facing nothing but aggressive monsters. At least until you hit Ystra, which is not a good place to bot in. You could check in Sascilia Steppes. If you can't find any passive monsters, just find spawns that are farther spread out, and bot lower level enemies.
