Buff setup help

Just started working with this program and from what i've seen in the pre made file there is no buff setups that I can work off of.

So my problem is that i'm a Warden trying to get my briar shield to only cast after x amount of time. The bot casts the spell fine and I have it set up for out of battle cast only but my rebuffcut line seems to not work as I put in a value of 290 and the bot casts the spell after every battle. Do i need to add something else in this line?

Never mind I answered my own question by re-reading the wiki guide talk about a face palm
