dual boxing

can someone post updated instructions on how to enable dual-boxing? I'm running the newest version. I've been searching for a couple of hours now and can only find older versions.

dual boxing means playing the game from 2 different computers at the same time from 2 different accounts

it means running two clients on one computer. and I'm looking for a solution, not what it means...

it doesn't work for me.
I'm running on Windows 7. the black box is gone too quick for me to see the message.
