is there an actual bot/macro program currently working for the US version of the game?I'm wondering because I did some research and it looks like some people can't bypass xtrap.

First of all, get the HP & SP memory addresses.

Unfortunately, I'm using Fiesta EU version so i can't try anything to help you.

Well, at MPC forum people report it works at US Fiesta before they add XTrap
