Ok so patch day (yesterday) and these are the posts ont he US forum by the CM's
Dear Taboreans!
On Tuesday, 16th of April, all Runes of Magic servers will go down for maintenance. During the maintenance we will implement patch 5.0.10 and a new festival!
Our servers will be taken offline between 05:00am and return at approximately 08:00am PT.
You might like to visit our official Runes of Magic Facebook Fanpage during the downtime or listen to the tweets of our Twitter feeds to be updated.
Should anything about the maintenance schedule change we'll inform you about it here, the forums and on Facebook and Twitter.

Due to technical issues, the maintenance needs to be extended until further notice.
We aim to have our US servers online again as soon as possible but we are unable to provide an ETA at this moment.

We're still working on it, currently we can't give an ETA when the servers will be back live. The servers will stay offline for at least 12 hours.

What kind of stuff up takes more than 12 hours to fix?

ive got no clue, but if its a 12 hour fix it must be something big they have failed with or the programmers just went home from work so it have to wait untill tomorrow
I've heard a rumor, that You could reset daily quests by reloging after first maintance.
So it looks like they wanted to fix the "no reset after 12PM issue"
I've got a char where the dailies don't reset each day, it will go 3 or 4 days at a time without reseting, down right annoying. It is only 1 char out of my 70 odd that has the issue.
