New title from IS. +10% drop, exp and talent

On EU servers there is a new title in ItemShop called "Lot 4".
Assuming this title gives you 3 bonuses:
+10% drop rate
+10% experience value rate
+10% TP experience

cost: 189 diamonds

Totaly worth it :)
