I think. that your brother is logged on to another e-mail. I am assuming that you have registered all accounts, even with the same e-mail. The frogs look on your account, e-mail, IP, MAC address possibly. basically, the last registered email address, and then to lock all your accounts.

No! All Bots and Main have different Emailadresses!

But I looked at Google for the MAC Adress! I can use another on Windows 7, or falsify it!
When I look then on "cmd" "ipconfig/all" there is another adress!

Can I now lock in a new Account at Runes of Magic?
Because in the Support email they say, when I create new Account in the Ban Time, the Ban Time will be extended!
But they dont see me now, or is that wrong?

Changing the MAC address is good. Your external IP address is probably the one assigned by your router in which case, to RoM, you're still on the same IP address. Hotspotshield can be used to hide the IP address but it will increase lag. The game may even have a generated installation ID so a reinstall may help (I have no evidence for this one but it's what I'd do if I was writing the game code). With a new email address and those changes you should be good to go.
I don't think they normally do IP bans though as you could be a whole group of players behind one router with 1 IP address. MAC address counts for more.

Every internet service provider is different and usually very different depending on country.
My IP only changes if I want it to, some have static IP and doesn't change unless you request a change from your ISP.

ok, now the eu server is probably it. no matter where I am today, gmdetection alarmed at the latest after 10-15 minutes. they now seem to be everywhere, especially on the hot spots.

Unless your ISP does something very unusual, I would say the standard lease would give you the same IP every day, too. If you turn off the modem, change the MAC address of your router then turn the modem back on, you can avoid that.

Most routers now allow you to change their MAC easily within their configuration. I've installed Linux on my router, so it probably isn't the best to use as an example.

My Main Char goes in the Hand of my Brother, and i Install Runes complete new and change my Mac again.
Then I create 2 New Accounts on different Emailaccounts and I try it again on Miller, but only when i sit at PC on Windowmod!
With my main I will first not go online on my Computer.
But I wait first after the Ban time I try this all!
But It is hard, 3 Weeks without Runes its like cold withdrawal! ^^

Last question please: Do you think the Trade Char to Char in House is safe? Postway they can see i know!

At least - if they want it - they can see everything they want.
You an try to hide your IP or MAC to make several accounts but who cares.
They don't need to monitoring you just the paths you will try to go for

And we all know if you are useing the bot there are some main reason why you do it:
- You want to farm gold
- You want to farm items which you can sell via AH for gold
- YOU WANT TO GET RICH!

So it's simple: Just monitoring the few place all botters are useing:
- Millers Ranch
- Dog Meat
- AH
- Mail
- Trade to Trade
- AND AT LEAST WATCH THE INCOME

Additionally some people are so stupid setting up the bot in a way it is so obvious they are botting.
So I guess most time GM is catching you it's your own fault.
