Subversion. It looks like someone removed the guide for this on the wiki (and, instead, replaced it with a cheap/time-consuming method).

Basically, install TortoiseSVN (Google search it), right click the 'rom' folder (inside micromacro/scripts), and SVN update. Use this URL (anonymous user): http://rom-bot.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/
Update to HEAD revision.

thanks alot. but when i went to update it didnt update everything rom folder has a yellow and other files same or red files that wont update inside

now i deleted everything and redownloaded from the top sticky but now all the files mostly in rom folder have a blue "?"

If you have already deleted everything in the rom folder, delete everything again but this time right click the rom folder and select "SVN Checkout" and use the url above to download the latest version.

No, you said you did an SVN update then deleted everything and used the downloadable zip file. The downloadable zip file is not versioned. That's why they have blue icons.

Do this;
1. Delete the contents of the 'rom' folder.
2. Right-click the 'rom' folder and select 'SVN Checkout'.
3. Enter the svn url
http://rom-bot.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/
4. Click 'ok'.
5. If you backed up any profiles or waypoint files, then restore them.

Done.

ah i thought was just a updater didnt know it would create files. but works fine now thanks. also thanks for having such a awsome program and script(egg script) actually gives me a chance (pure F2P user) in hell vs cs players
