Change profile settings <friends name="" />

Hi,
is there a way to add assist, heal and follow to profile settings?
Like
<friends>
<friend name="mobname1" />
<friend name="mobname2" />
<friend name="playername1" modifier="heal, follow, assist" />
</friends>
in profile for playername2.

So if i run playername1 with normal settings and waypoints, playername2 just follow assist in fight and heal if needed. Maybe playername2 run a special waypointfile with wanderer range 0 or somthing like this.
I know this dosnt exist but have anyone get this to work? i tryed Bubis_Assist.xml but that dont work for me.

The best I can think of is using the ingamme follow function (its the \ key in my client) and have the bot running RBAssist.xml When I did that the bot following me (a priest) would use heals and buffs on me. but the following has to be made in a 'clear' waypoint path because if the heal bot gets stuck it'll stop following
