How to cast Regenrate before attacking?

How would I accomplish this. I am harvesting in an area with multiple mobs standing together. So when pulling the mob i sometimes run into the group. No i would like to cast regenrate before entering the battle. Best would be to cast after i pulled. So to be more precise:

Cast Rising Tide
Cast Regenrate
Fight Close Combat with warrior stuff

Seeing as you already have Regenerate inbattle = "true", you could give it a priority of 95 so it casts after Rising tide and hpper = 110 so it always casts.
