Virtual Keys Combinations

Hello mates, I've been looking for a way to use the ALT+Number with the Virtual Keys, but I can't find the correct form to do it.
I've tried "VK_ALT+2" "VK_ALT+VK_2", and that kind of stuff, and none seems to work.

Could you guys lend me a hand? Only you guys can do it :)
