Rom server files

JUst wanted to ask if someone have the SQL and server start etc files for at leats make a LAN server. ty
I have them for rom versions 5.0.7 and 6.0.7. Would be awesome, if anyone has chapter 3 or older serverfiles.
Or if someone could explain me, how it is possible to get serverfiles. Would like to get the files of the current RoM version too.
Are these serverfiles stolen somehow, or how can some people get them?
