How to change dynamic IP fixed with a program

Hello
know any program that changes the dynamic fixed IP every X hours?
Please help
I need information on the Internet fast and can not find anything that convinces me
is to protect my other characters because I have a character in dogs and people begin reporting us.

First red isn't my color.
2. Boting watchdog is dump, bot ks or mini games
3. use Userfunction GM Detect
4. If you haven't a IP reset every time you dial in like germans(not TV cable), you need a VPN service and a proxy to cover you, but IP is only the half true you have also a MAC address from you router that identifiers you for that exist router which can MAC-Spoofing.
So I suggest stop boting their and do it else where. If you want reconnect your router this link might be interesting:

If you IP is fixed from your ISP you can not change it, you can only hide yourself behind proxys if that the case.

If you have a dynamic IP, you can unplug your modem and manually change the MAC address on your router. After plugging your modem back in, you'll be assigned a new IP.
