Freezing Buffs or Debuffs

Hi,
at first I'd like to know IF it's possible and how to do it, or if it isn't then why.
I've had an idea many people before have thought about I think. Could it be possible to freeze buffs or debuffs so they don't stop working? For example the magic or physical sigils: if you could have them longer than 2 minutes...
Don't spam "noob, it's serverside", because everything in this game seems to be easy to manipulate since there are so much bugs. Would be nice if anyone has an idea. An other thing wod be to freeze speed buffs so you don't get ported back.
