I have mm 1.02 beta 4, and updated to 739, i copy ingamefuncion folder from devtools to rom\interface\addon\.
When start createpath and press num 1, in game got game menu on 1 sec and again ... like i press esc button manual every sec. Also when turn off mm window on X i got msg " The instruction at 0x1003e66e referenced memory at 0x00d6e8a8 The memory could not be read. Any idea what is wrong ?

I have 2 pc.
1st winxp - Problem w game menu show every 1 sec and when close mm window there show memory error
mm ver 1.02 b4 bot ver 7.39
2nd win7 - Work fine
mm ver 102 b1 bot ver 7.39

First i copy all runes of magic dir (in same dir i have mm) from win7 to winxp (to new location, same as win7 - my desktop)

When try to start mm with command rom\bot there was error:
"scripts\rom\bot.lua:31: cannot open c:\desktop\runes of magic\micromacro\script\rom\addresses.lua: No such file or directory"
Then i look in rom folder and there is addresses.lua
I find c:\desktop\runes of magic\micromacro\script\rom\addresses.lua is wrong and must be someting like:
c:\document and setings\user\runes of magic\micromacro\script\rom\addresses.lua
I copy all micromacro folder to C:\ and error gone

When close mm window there no more memory error with 1.02 b1

But , i have same problem as before with game menu show every 1 sec, when start rom\bot.lua
there no menu to chose path and no need to press del to menu load (see picture)
Any solution ? Or must reinstall with win7?

I see in the error it says you are trying to use
c:\desktop\runes of magic\micromacro\script\rom\addresses.lua:

it should be scripts
c:\desktop\runes of magic\micromacro\scripts\rom\addresses.lua:

That error is getting that info from where the bot.lua file is on your machine.

In order for that to happen you would need to have the folder named script instead of scripts and also you would need to be using a batch file to start MM from that location as normally it would need to be started from scripts.

So I would look at that for starters =)

I manual type from other pc screen so there is "scripts" in that error (i try again).
But that nvm for me i find solution when i copy mm folder on c:\.
More important now for me is game menu on 1 sec, as i say before i copy all game+addon+mm from win7 pc to winXP pc.

Is anyone else having problems with XP?

occasionally people have posted issues when trying to use MM from the desktop, I usually just say to move the entire MM folder elsewhere.

Personally I have
C:/MM/scripts/rom
C:/MM/scripts/rom4u
C:/MM/scripts/D3
C:/MM/scripts/GW2
C:/MM/scripts/GF
C:/MM/scripts/lotro
C:/MM/scripts/rbmedit

but hey I am a little crazy after all =)

I have the same problem when I install ExtraActionBars. If I remove this addon before I start the bot, all works fine.

I not useing that addon. I try to remove all addon, and i have same error, so i decide to install win 7 on that pc.

Seeing as Windows 7 was designed to be able to be run in PCs that can run XP, I'd say that was a wise choice.

I dekete player.lua 53-58 line

Late for me. Win 7 work perfect on 2nd pc.

i also have the problem with the menu flashing. i have windows xp, and have tried uninstalling all addons, but still get the menu flash. which of the attachments (from mer-ki-vah's post) do i use and where do i put it?

They are identical. Not sure why it was posted twice.

ok, but where do i put it, i tried replacing the one in the scripts/rom/classes folder but then i get the red !

Red just means it has been edited, which of course it has.
