Please add to the skills database

Add this to the skills database for anyone that uses it. I put MAGE inside the skill for me since I am a Mage, I am not sure if it will work as an ALL skill, it may. If it does that would be easier than having to add it for each class. This skill is given from SW titles.

Sure we can add this as an ALL skill but why have you set the range to 200? Isn't the range 150?
Edit: Also we usually use the actual buff id for "buffname", even though in this case the name of the skills and the buff are the same so it would probably have worked anyway.
