I think getMounted needs to be defined before you start using it. Try moving the function to the top of the onload section.
Edit: I just tested it.

So defining a function after using it in another function definition
should work. So I don't know why you are getting that error, unless you are using getMounted somewhere else such as in the previous waypoint file or in your profile.

It Happens on WP#2-3
Then it stops, I changed the runedisc to what Rock5 said, thanks for all the help btw

In the code you posted, I see a closing waypoints tag </waypoints> just before waypoint 1. Delete that and try running the script again.
