Ban / supended ????? please need info

to day i loged on or tryed to on 4 my accounts said supended but othet my accounst were fine the messed up was 1 the 4 i never bot on are even do any thing ....so my ??? is when they ban you do they just ban or does it say supended like mine ??

it varies quite a lot, they might suspend for a few days or ban, only they know what they did though.

They probably sent you an email about it.

Unfortunaly, Gameforge never sends an email about bans, you have to contact their support team to get the reason why you have been banned/suspended.

However, after last patch, alot of people got a suspended account, and there is a chance that you are one of them, and they simply aren't aware that your account is affected by this "bug" they made.

Try contacting support, and ask nicely why your account has been suspended.

Telling them that you have several accounts, isn't a good idea, a if the ban is legit from their side (as long as they suspect, its legit for them to ban) you might loose your other accounts, as they can find them through your IP adress.

Actually I got suspended too, so I stopped using that account. But I logged onto it last night and it worked. So it was only temporary.

i wandering is well it say this account is ban if its perm or suspended on ban ... the messed up is its not even my bots account the other 3 are but they on diff IPs not worryed over them just main 1 that i never bot on..:/

there is, unfortunally, no way to tell if a ban/suspension is temporary or permanent. The only thing i know is, that a temporary ban/suspend, starts from the time gameforge is aware of your account being suspended (its not always the customer support is aware that your account is suspended when it is)

I had an account, some time ago, that got suspended, and after 7 days, i wrote to them, and they said that it had been suspended for 3 days, which was then 10 days, cause i didnt write to them faster.

I didn't write to them and it was restored anyway in about a week. I guess if you want to be sure they are aware and fix it as soon as possible then you should email them. I didn't care so just left it.
