Daily Loyality Bonus / Titanium Hammers

So for about a month now there is a new button on the Itemshop called Daily Loyality Bonus where you can get Items for free every 24 hours.
On 7th 14th and 21st day there are better Items and on the 28th you have a 36% chance of getting one of these http://www.rom-welten.de/database/view.php?id=207797
They can be for Weapon, WIngs and Armor also.
There are also Small Purified Package, +16 Stones, and transmutor charges etc.
At the moment im doing this manually with a few accounts, and botting with mouseclick isnt and option because it doesnt work for me somehow.
Is there a chance to get the ID for those Itemshop buttons and do it with ID´s?
