Hi guys, so just read on the US forums that there's actually a merge coming. But it seems that it's taking a long time so some people are starting to think it won't happen anymore.

Just wanted to know if anyone here has some insider info about the merge that they might have heard from their guildmates or friends close to the GMs or something. Is the merge cancelled or not? If not, is there already an estimated date?

It is happening. At least one of the AU servers has already been merged with Artemis. The rest will happen over the course of the next few months. Eventually we will be down to just Govinda and Artemis.

So far I know those AC who don't log in will be deleted after 6 months....

Not deleted, but will not be ported. However you can write to support later and then they can port.

So, seems like merge is happening after all. Was surprised when I read the US forums earlier that they plan to do it next month. At least now I can stop the monthly alarm I set to remind me to check the forums for news about the merge, heh.

Yea, this is exactly why I wanted to know if there was an estimated date. So that I could log in all my chars beforehand and prevent them from not being part of the merged database and not have to go through a long wait to get all of them reactivated.

So the merger is finally here, was concentrating on another game after I capped my chars in RoM so I had no idea the merge would be today. Was skeptic about the November schedule actually, knowing GF, but seems like they delivered this time.

I just hope there are no issues after the merge, like disappearing items from chests, which happened to me before, took a few weeks to get them back and a ton of support tickets.

Well it happened the great long expected merge. Next will be the merging of guilds. More people = more gms I would not do any unattended activities without some thought.

I'd also be careful about any activities such as flying, porting, and doing things with texture hacks. With more GMs, they are more likely to be actively watching inside private instances and minigames.

Is it possible by anyway to view gm's in hide? That GM hide command.
