How to install Mdel for 1st Grotto HM

Hi guys, i apologize for advance for my newbie attitude, but i've found the model to reduce Grotto HM the first as a little bunny, but i didn't understand how to use it or install it. It will be very lovely to help me. ^^

it is probably a good idea to ask in the topic where you found the files.
