Formated and change OS to my PC: RomBot Not work anymore

Hello. After I formated and changed my pc' OS I installed all micromacro and rombot from zero, but it doesn't works now 
... I'm getting a stupid error, look below...
And before you ask... Yes, I used svnupdate, I know to use it correctly.
