Well getTEXT is definitely different. It's missing 3 lines. I'd say it's not the cause of the error but it does mean the file is not like the original. If you had bot version 766 then this file would have a red icon next to it.
Maybe you are just not updating properly. The getTEXT of revision 762 and earlier looked like that and line 2298 has an endloc that could be the cause of the error. How have you been updating? When you do an SVN update, do you right click the 'rom' folder and select 'SVN Update'?
