SVN 388: using skills via hotkey 'MACRO'

You now can assign the hotkey "MACRO" to your skills into your profile. In that case the skill will be cast by using the RoM API function 'CastSpellByName()' via the MACRO hotkey (it is not garanted, that all needed skill names are within the database file 'skills_local.xml').

Because of fallback reasons, I would suggest to use as much normal hotkeys as possible and only assign the MACRO hotkey for special cases. And you should assign all modifiers for your MACRO hotkey (read here in the wiki how to do that).
