wrong download URL in client?

Seems there is an error in the patch download url within the RoM loader. I could get the patch download by using the following url manual:
http://frogster.vo.llnwd.net/o9/patch/e ... 862.en.exe

Just donwload it directly, copie it to the RoM folder and run the patch client again.
