Keybind combinations

Hey guyz, can anyone tell me how to keybind a certain key combination?

I'm trying to make a waypoint that would teleport me up or down whenever I press the assigned keys. I want the waypoint to teleport me up by a bit if I press the Page Up key. However, if I want it to teleport me up by a lot at once, then I want the key combo for this task to be CTRL+Page Up.

So how can I assign key combos? Anyone know? Thanks.
