Coming Back; some questions!

So, after about a year of non-existant playing i'm coming back to my love, ROM.

Just a couple questions before i start over though(Wanna start a new character!)

Are Rouge/Scout still OP as ever?
Have botters gotten cracked down on? (love to golden egg farm!)
Anyone from OSHA wanna say how the server is?(Originally from grimdal and it was dying when i left)

R/S is no longer top Dps still packs a punch tho

Warmage W/M is the new heavy hitter in chapt 5
Warrior/Warden
Rogue/Warden
Warden/Scout
Few of the NEW big Dps dealers now, Chapt 5 has seen alot more combo's become viable.

Gold eggs are bound and you can only get 1 per day.
