It's greyed out because it is loading weird. It will be greyed out until I fix it. (Which will be as soon as I can figure out hoe to.. lol).

I have trouble to load my saved profile with the 'load' button. I get a 'file not found' error.
As an workaround I have to copy my 'charname'.xml file from the /rom/profiles directory to the /rom directory
After doing that I can load my profile.

You probably have special characters in the name or path, the developer of this tool doesn't seem to use try catch so it's unclear what exactly the problem is.

No. Nothing special with the charnames. Perhaps the path is a little uncommong. It's:
E:\Programme XP Games\micromacro\scripts\rom\profiles
If I copy the profile to:
E:\Programme XP Games\micromacro\scripts\rom
I can load it without problems. And if I press save it will again saved to:
E:\Programme XP Games\micromacro\scripts\rom\profiles

If I had to guess, it's a buffer overflow issue. Seems strange to me. Not sure why somebody would allocate such little space to a path variable. Not sure; guess we'll just have to wait to see what the developer thinks.

No. It is too outdated.
