Too many RoM windows?

sorry if this is off-topic.

i haven't played RoM in a while, i downloaded it again today, and installed micro macro+Rombot+SVN+rock5's ranch script, then tested a bot and it worked still.

i then proceeded to open up 15 RoM clients and log them into the farm 1 by one.

i got 8 in the ranch and cant get any more past the character loading screen.

has there been an update that flags your IP if too many log into the server? or too many too quickly?

anyone know?

Did you check RAM usage?
If too many opened RoM windows is your problem, try VirtuaWin - tool for managing virtual desktop, where you can have all windows separated.

If you used to be able to open 15, it is possible you no longer can. The game has evolved over time and there have been reports that people are no longer able to open as many roms as they used to.

i can start 21 clients.

what are your pc spec´s?

i used to start 20 clients on my machine
but right now its really restricted up to 14
