Do you plan on entering the item set skills such as Archer's Glory to the skills.xml soon?

not sure if this is needed but the cooldown can be reset with the scout skill Serenity

I don't think so because it will still make progress but it would have to be tested to be sure. Don't worry, if someone is having problems using it and getting stuck, we'll fix it.
