Is there a RoMBot patch necessary for todays Runes of Magic patch? My RoM Bot was working fine yesteday and today i started geting error messages like:
scripts\rom/bot.lua:1: unexpected symbol near '<'
Also, I tried to update the files using SVN Update and it got it to revision 166, but it said there was conflicted files (whatever that means) at the end. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Thanks!

I think I figured it out, I got rid of the ROM folder that SVN "updated" to revision 466 and reinstalled the original ROMbot folder from the original link http://www.solarstrike.net/phpBB3/viewt ... f=21&t=163 i think it was 3.2 then it worked fine. I guess whatever the new changes that where made it stop working... Can anyone confirm this? When will I be able to use the new revisions without errors?

Seems to be working ok for me after doing a "rom/update". Maybe there is a problem with the waypoint file you are using? Are you using the same profile and waypoint as yesterday?jammin007 wrote:Is there a RoMBot patch necessary for todays Runes of Magic patch? How did you end up with 166. Maybe you meant 466?jammin007 wrote:Also, I tried to update the files using SVN Update and it got it to revision 166, but it said there was conflicted files (whatever that means) at the end. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I take it all back it may have been my fault all along. I did do some poking around when I first downloaded the files that may have messed things up. Also, I meant 466 not 166 (revision) that was a typo, sorry. I tried the SVN update again on the clean download and it works fine. My appologies!
