Not sure but I think these can be done by having a custom onPreSkillCast in your profile. Formula for determining strong mobs is entirely up to you. You can either go by HP or by Level. Ok, so to prevent the bot to throw an error, you will have to edit pawn.lua and settings.lua. Frankly, I'm not sure if they're the only ones you need to edit but so far I didn't get errors in the short time that I was testing the userfunction. You probably also have to edit your profiles.
