Show me entry in your skills.xml and profile.xml with that skill, and show your hot-bar (shortcut keys) configuration (example as a screenshoot).

add that skill into skills.xml using another skill as a template (copy line with other skill, replace options (name, range, basic manause and other)), next add that skill by adding it into your profile by name from skills.xml Name of skill really doesn't matter... U can name your skill in skills.xml...
